Guest REX STALLION
Does any one have a trick to remove the plastic lens cover from the courtesy lights on the consul and rear sail panels?
Guest Kahuna28
You need something thin enough to slide between the chrome and the plastic, I use my pocket knife. There are three tabs in the plastic that need to be released. Pry inward and pull out gently (very thin plastic!!) . Work around the plastic until the tabs release... It takes very little force to remove them... Aaron
Guest dcdpgh
Old, original lenses can be brittle depending on where the car lived most of it's life. Be very gentle removing them unless you are removing to install replacements.
