TheMoneyPit Posted November 16, 2011 Share Posted November 16, 2011 The state may have had a registration plate, but there were towns & cities that had a tax seperate of the state's registration - I've seen similar badges as yours with a 1-horse, 2-horse, etc. designation and think that is what you have - An auto tax tag from South Haven.
