drdon
Here is parts book drawing of the inside door handle. Note the left drawing is for 1936, the next one is for 1937. I can copy the window roller handles if you wish. Good luck.
drdon
I went ahead and got pics of the window mechanism for 1936 as well as the roller handles. I am also enclosing a pic of the addendum to help with the correct handles according to body number. Look at 2120-90A.
Klnord
I'm kind of curious, I have 3, "36" Dictator 4dr sedans and all are the same. Can a person tell a tenite knob, from a chrome one? The mechanism in my picture, is from the rear door, passenger side. I've heard there was an option of a vent window for the front. So I'm assuming there would be a different mechanismfor that option. The mechanism in Don's pic is what I have in all of my front doors. It's something I had never seen or heard of before. The window slides straight back a couple inches then goes down. And when all the way up, slides forward again to seal up.How many years and models was this used on?Kevin
drdon
Tenite is a cellulosic thermoplastic. It should be easy to tell these from chrome.
