Guest
I need one down here in Australia as well. I have a 401 in a 66 Electra and a brand new old stock Carter Quadrajet sitting (From the mid 70's) on my bench looking all purdy. Need the spread-bore hole manifold from a 425 (I'm told) to accept it though because I can't find an adapter to bolt it on. Before I make one, I though I'd go with a better way first and try to locate a proper spreadbore design manifold. Anybody got one? or a better solution (like an original carb to suit my electra 401)
Guest
I have a complete 401 engine with a busted piston. I would sell the intake for $75.00 and you pay shipping. I will take $300 for the entire engine. Only 13,000 miles on the rebuild when a Keith Black piston broke at the wrist pin. No damage to the cylinder wall.<P>E mail - darrellkt@aol.com
