Ovalrace25 Posted March 25, 2011 Share Posted March 25, 2011 Anyone? I am looking for the style of mirror that clamps to the tire on sidemount cars. NOT the leather belt, NOT the chain.. There is one that does not touch the metal rim at all, it clamps against the tire. This is what I want to use on the 29 Packard DISC WHEELS so I dont have to run a chain through the valve stem hole. I have a 1929 Packard with disc wheels and side mounted spares.I have them on my 39 Century, for me they are somewhat better looking on the older cars. mine are bolted on top of cover, they are really too far away to be able to see anything.
