I wonder if you could help me with a value on a 1939 Buick two-door convertible 46c. the car is not driveable and it is partially disassembled All parts are available and more spareparts comes with it. i beleive that the car is 100% complete. the car is in need of a total overhaul. what do you think it is worth?
