Fyi, the 500k/540k Grill shell that you have listed as "expensive" has almost no value other then garage art. On the 380/500/540 the Shell/Radiator assembly is once piece. The cooling tubes are soldered together and to the shell. In this particular case it's much more efficient to fabricate a new shell then to repair this one.
