There's a possibility AuVeCo itself still makes something that will work for you as they made the vast majority of OEM trim clips and attaching parts for all the manufacturers. Guest Jim_Edwards Posted October 24, 2010 Share Posted October 24, 2010 The type of clips used on your car are not significantly different from clips used to secure bright side trim well into the 1960s. Few of the clips were actually used on only one year or on one manufacturers products. I'd be pretty willing to bet spring clips in particular would have been quite similar if not identical to those used on most GM products through the 1950s. Check Ebay for other year sellers that may have online illustrations that will mirror what you have or may be seen in the body section of your service manual.
