Guest sconnors
Here's a picture of my 1950 Buick Special and of a nice 1950 Buick convertible that was next to me at a car show yesterday.
JohnD1956
And a third one in the background too?
Guest sconnors
Yep! The third one was a 1950 four door Sedanette! Very rare, $60k rotisserie restoration done on it, and the owner's trying to sell it. Great looking car!! He's asking around $28 I think, but it is awesome and rare...not many four door sedanettes. JohnD1956
Interesting. What's the story on the 50 Super Convertible?
Guest sconnors
A girl and her father restored it from the ground up...took them about seven years, they live in Cambridge New York. Car is in awesome shape and they did a great job. It's 98% original!!
jscheib
Was that show at Queensbury College? Or where? That could possibly be an excellent fall trip for our CT group next year.John
Guest sconnors
JohnThe show was in Pownal Vt at the old racetrack. I hear they are changing it to Bennington next year. In any event here's a link to the show, you can probably contact them and they can keep you updated for next year.Antique & Classic Car Show and Swap Meet - Bennington, Vermont Car Show
