Hi

For the last year or so, I've been working in this restoration of a 31 Plymouth sedan, here are some photos of the process...

We are all on the right site if we love automobiles! Very nice classic build and that white makes it all the more regal. Your Street Rod is also magnificent!

I thought I would share a few photos of my 31 Plymouth...maybe call this a "triple crown"...Beautiful Classic, Hot Street, & Nasty Rat

Looking forward to seeing how the other world lives on this terrific site...

thanks for letting me share my comments.

You're going to ruffle some feathers on this site. Someone will comment that this site is for the restoration of classic cars back to original.Me, I don't care, but.......

Thank you for the response. I hope all readers take it with a grain of salt...I do enjoy the total "original" classic restoration as well. In fact, I recently bought a 1924 Dodge Sedan (Barn Find), and plan on on doing just that. It was just to perfect, that the one gentleman restored brillantly the white 31 Plymouth Sedan and then the other put pictures of his 31 Plymouth Street Rod Sedan...that I had to post my 31 Plymouth Sedan Rat...I did it all in good fun, and hope the readers have a sense of humor. I enjoy ALL cars, and truly appreciate each builder since I build every aspect of my rides, (from cars to motorcycles)...

Best,

Don

Not a problem. Currently I have a 69 Nova with 60k original miles, a 1985 Monte Carlo SS with 61k original miles, and my 1940 Olds. I've had street rods from a Willys, to original cars such as my 40 Ford I once had. I love all cars....

Lol...very cool. I think deep down we all appreciate various forms of the automobile. It would'nt be as fun, if only one style existed. I will post pics of my 24 Dodge, and ask for insight when I start on it this fall.

Thanks...

Here are some pics of the old girl. It is pretty complete, minus some interior trim. A little rust through around the belt, but over all pretty solid. I haven't gone through it yet, just bought it and put it in storage until fall. Spring and Summer is for driving and playing, and I have to finish up my Dad's 54 Dodge "Hot Rod"...

Don

P.S. - I hope the readers know I am not trying to hi-jack this fine gentleman's post. He did a top notch job on that 31 Plymouth and thus people should focus on that......so I'll save all future comments of my projects for another post.

Thanks again for indulging me, (the new guy...)
