dxod
Any ideas on how to remove the clutch pedal extension shaft (also labeled equalizer in the '46 shop manual) on a '48 Continental other than shifting the transmission to the side and letting it fall out? This is the clutch shaft between the clutch and brake pedal assembly and the transmission. Thanks in advance.Dan
Guest B1rdman
Dan i had that problem. i put in a new engine and let that shaft fall down.the way i got it back in is taking the bolts holding master brake cylinder on.so you should be able to take those bolts out and it should let you drop that shaftdown.gene
