Window regulator - 89 Reatta

Have been having trouble with the passenger window rolling down all the way (it will roll up all the way, but only goes down about 4 inches). The door is now completely apart, and the (bigger of the two) plastic (or bakelite?) window gears has teeth knocked off of it, a common anomaly, as I understand. I know this is wishful thinking, but I'm looking to buy just the plastic gear (only) if possible, or, failing that, the whole window regulator, if not able to buy just the plastic gear. Or, if anyone knows how to "fix" it (yeah, right, huh) would love insight into the situation. Have tried JB Weld on it, and it ain't gonna work. Pointing me in the right direction as to where to buy one would be appreciated. Thanks in advance for any input.
