msmazcol
Anyone have a source for steel hid'em mouldings? As I pondered my moves on my very rusty Divco cab I thought I should start looking for this stuff. The original used a backing strip that was fastened over a body seam first. The rounded outer cap was then slide or snapped in place with the ends peened over and nail tacked down. The measurement finished is about 3/4 of an inch. Finish is not important they are all painted body color. Thanks
Guest
Bob's Automobilia has the type that GM used on their cars. Google the name and look in their on line catalogue.

ex98thdrill
Restoration Specialties is a good source for this kind of stuff. If they can't get it for you, another choice would be Restoration Supply Company out of California. Both of them set up at Hershey, so if you can make it to Hershey you can talk to them both and one of those two will definately be able to help you out.
