Steamcar
I have a Lycoming engine Model TXO on my 1916 Crow-Elkhart. The engine has a round sight glass mounted on the side of the engine for checking oil level. It was held in place with copper tubing. On my engine, the tubing has been cut off. I hope that someone has a similar engine and can help with mounting height. This is a splash lubricated engine and oil level is critical. Any help would be appreciated.Jim Showers1921 Stanley 735B1916 Crow-Elkhart Model 30various Packards
