James427
I have a 1928 Chrysler Model 70 (I believe) sport roadster. I was wondering if there are any published production figures showing how many were made. Does anyone know?
HarryJ
First off, it is either a '27 series "70" or a '28 series "72". 1927 was the last year of the "70". According to the Standard Catalog, 6416 std and sport roadsters were produced in the series "72"; as to the '27 series "70" there are no production figures. James427
It's a 28, so it must be a 72 series. Thanks for the info!

HarryJ
Good point Bob, Chrysler produced a series "70" in '30 and '31. I assumed the car was a 1928 model or there bouts.
Guest JohnArthurSpinks
James,If your roadster is a 1928 series 72 then the total number of roadsters produced in that year was 6416.Unfortunately Chrysler however didn't break the numbers of roadsters out from the number of sports roadster. That is all of the information that I have.RegardsJohn Spinks
