New 30's Dodge/Plymouth running boards with rubber !!

Who has NEW STEEL running boards for 30's Dodge's (including pu's)

"I'm the exclusive seller for the Manufacturer of these running boards on Ebay. Other running boards listed on Ebay after 5/18/08 do not represent the Manufacturer or are cheap imports.

I also will be bringing new 32 -35 Plymouth and 33-34 Dodge bumpers to Ebay in the near future with the same Manufacturer. They can be purchased either chrome plated or bare steel

The boards are new and are handmade by two brothers in central Ohio.These are the best boards available in the market. (If you have original boards and want recovered - we have that service available - inquire)

The running boards pictured are for 33 Plymouth PD or 1933 Dodge DP 112 inch Wheelbase. These also fit 33-35 Dodge Pickup. Other boards listed below are like quality.

Specifcations on Boards:

16 Gauge Steel

New Urethane - Two Part Epoxy Rubber (Modern materials - will not ctrack like old rubber/or NOS mats)

Warrantied to fit original manuf specs

Rubber is vulcanized to boards

Brackets align/fit original running board braces/frames

Boards are not drilled - buyers can align and drill proper holes to align with their fenders

The cost is prohibtive to stamp the original design in metal boards. The boards are smooth underneath (has stiffners/braces shown in pictures). They match 100% on top where rubber/boards show. If you have original boards we can cover these if you would like with new rubber.

Models are listed below (Wheelbase is listed to verify correct boards/model). Wheelbase is measurement from center of front axle to center of rear axle.

1933 DP (WheelBase 112 inches) - Actual measurement is 111.25 but referred to as 112's (Fits passenger car and 33 -35 pickup 1/4 & 1/2 ton)

1933 DP (Wheelbase 115 inches)

1934 DS (WheelBase 121 inches)

1934 DRXX (WheelBase 117 inches)

(Note 1935, 1936 Dodge Car and 1936-1938 Dodge Pick up are covered boards with original patterns thay are not mats as these were cost prohibitve)

I saw that listing also and emailed him to see if I send him my original metal if the rubber would extend through the holes. I will post his reply.

This is the reply from the running board seller on Ebay: Recover is 2-3 weeks normally if boards are clean/straight. The original mats had sheetmetal skins on top of the metal runnig boards. The skins had tabs that aligned with holes in the boards and could be twisted to lock in place. The new process vulcanizes the rubber and eliminates the tabs. Rubber would protrude thru the openings of the original boards and would be visible below - It would look similar but not identical
