Guest Kimber
My 1990 Coupe (black), was hit yesterday by a HUGE piece of debris on the highway during a wind storm. I held on tight, and the car took the impact. Don't want to think about what would have happened in a "normal" car. Anyway, I now have a HOLE the size of a softball in the front fender, and the door has some deep gashes, but no dent (amazing!!).<P>I just found your fantastic site today, and would really appreciate any input any of you may have on returning my beloved car to normal. Even though I drive it almost every day, it was in near-perfect condition. Do I replace the fender? Patch? Will the new fender color match my 12-yr-old black paint? Could an expert buff out the gashes? etc. Thanks a million!
