Jim_1937_Buick
Hi At the Buick Convention someon told me to use Seam Sealer to reapir my running boards and then paint over with Platic Dip (Spray on). I am sorry but I did not get his name and have not been able to find the Seam Sealer any were. I have tried auto parts stores and hardware stores.Any suggestions on were I might find Seam Sealer? Also the Platic Dip (Spry on) looks flat, I have only found flat, does it come in more of a gloss? Thanks for the help.Jim
airbrushguy
All the seam sealers I know of stay soft and just skin-over. Doesn't seem like they would work if you step there often.
Guest Ron3660
Jim, Seam sealer is used by body repair shops. You can find it at any store that sells automotive paint. I'd check with a few body shops and get their ideas on products that might work best with your repair. Good luck. Ron
Mark Shaw
You might try seam sealer for vinyl flooring.
