Scott:
I googled 1922 studebaker big six and looked at the images. There is an image of a bigsix with the rain shield at the following address: Google Images
I don't know the exact dimensions but the two holes into which this inserts are about 41 1/2" apart. It looks like the metal frame surrounds three sides of the glass.

Thank you Frank. I didn't find what I needed in Dormans but a place called Fasteners Inc. (Fasteners Inc, 1 Stop Industrial Source, Cable Wire Rope, Riggings) sells 7/16-20 grade 8 threaded rod in 3' lengths and I can made the studs from that.

I am looking for new cylinder head studs for my 1922 Big Six Studebaker. I tried reusing the old ones but several have stripped when torqueing the head. They are 3 1/2" long and 7/16" diameter with fine threads (20/inch) on both ends, grade 8. I haven't found any yet in the internet searches that I've done. Thanks

I just bought a 1940 60 special that has a wood grained dash that appears original. I think they may have been made either wood grained or painted. If you are still interested, I could send you a photo.

I found a downloadable copy of this manual on the internet a while ago but have lost track of it. If anyone knows the URL, I would appreciate receiving it.
Thanks
