I also shim the relief spring to increase the pressure.  With the pressure of the supercharger I think it is wise to do so.

I have tried several sending units and I still get the same readings.

Since the last time I had the engine apart the pressure has been up.

But that's the way I like it. I also have a six quart oil pan.

The reason I ask is that I have a "souped up" rebuilt oil pump and I pin the gauge on the dash, but the "real" gauge

reads 65 -70 bs cold and around 45-48 hot.

Could  someone tell me where the "Starter enable relay" is located? Please.

[Do I need ''permatex form a gasket sealant'',when replacing the manifold gasket or valve cover gasket?]

Only for the intake manifold. Put a dot in each corner where the gaskets come together.

[I have an oil leak..Can oil leak from the intake gasket or just coolant?-Does the Reatta Gen.1 3800,have an Upper and Lower intake manifold gasket,or just one intake manifold gasket??]

And remember the torque pressure is in inch pounds not foot.

Spray some electrical cleaner into the ign, let it dry, clean the key well and try it again.

1990 Reatta, A/C light came on today. All new system one year old. Working up until this AM.

I discovered that one of the belts had started to chew itself up and a piece had lodged between the 

compressor and the clutch. after clearing it and checking the relay, the light is still on and the controller stays on 

vent. What could I have blowen? Is there a fuse besides the one in the consul?

Any Ideas will be helpful.

Try cleaning the contacts on the back of the unit along with the contacts in the dash.
