Brain, Bill Pressler and I went to the Crawford Auto-avation musem in Dec.04 and spent about 4 hours in the library of course I asked for information on 56 Packard ,and was not really impressed with what they had. I happened to find more infomation on diffrent years of Studebakers. If I get a chance maybe I might find some thing at the Packard musem in Warren, I have e-mail them in the past with a few questions, but they have yet to answer my questions. BTW I was impressed by the amount of information that is available for auto enthusiasts at the Crawford musem if you get a chance its worth the trip, and you get to see a lot of great cars. thanks again Joe

Where is a good source to find options that were offered on the 56 Clippers? I don,t have a dealer's salesmen hand book which would have such information, and I would like to have this in my Packard library but the last one sold on EBAY for 700.00 dollars!! I would rather put that amount of money in upgrades and repairs.any help would be great, thanks Joe

Brain, I was doing some reading on the oil pump issue and in a former post # 216166, you mention that you have in your Packard library a Chrysler engeering report on the 56 Packards, could you tell me what the report contained, or could you post a copy of that report on the forum? thanks again Joe
