Yes I would sell the starter. I have not tested it though. Motor spins freely but I've never tried starting it.

I am selling off the parts I'm not gonna use on my 31 Project. Front fenders.....$150 each Rear fenders......$100 each Hood....... $600 19" spoke wheels/tires. $60 each A set of headlights.... $250 Front seat, needs redone..$200 6 cylinder engine, spins freely $300 Running boards. $100 pair Factory heater....$150 More to come.
