our 23 came with some spare parts, I don't believe a mud pan was part of it, but let me see what gauges there were

I recently took on the role to caretake these cars at a museum in maine and this is one of many I'm looking to preserve for the next generation. Its on display as well as many other packards, fords, willys, etc... Thanks again

This is very helpful information. Looking to start a 23 model 39 4cyl, been in storage since '56. All original, 2 owner before we acquired it. Would be interested in the process you went through.
