@carbking I'm wondering would you know where parts for these old Solex carbs could be obtained?

Hi everyone I am looking for the following parts for a Solex 35 BFV carburettor: Bowl Venturi - 28.5 Main metering jet size - 137,5 or 140. Main Discharge Jet - No. 51. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Peter, Thank you so much for all this information. I really appreciate it! The carb on this car sits on the right hand side, in front of the passenger would that make any difference? Would you know where I could get the correct bowl or parts for this Carb by any chance? Many thanks

Hi John and Alsancle, Thank you both very much for your replies. Everything is pointing towards some dodgey repairs on the carbs. Would either of you happen to know the correct jet size or spec that these carbs should be for this engine? What seems strange to me is the bottom half of the carb looks a very different colour to the top. Also the letters don’t quite match, but I can’t find much info on these carbs online.
