  2. Hello everyone! I have the 26 Chrysler running great! One of the issues was the carburetor needed rebuilding. Another was the gas tank was full of........well you name it. I removed the tank and poured 13 gallons of white vinegar in it and let it sit for 3 days. wow , you want to see the crap that came out of that tank. I then put baking soda with water in it to neutralize it. now the tank looks brand new. I use the car regularly , however I'm considering selling it if you know of anyone that might be interested. I'm probably going to ask about $15,000 for it. I recently brought the car to Audrain cars and coffee.
  3. I'm in need of the drivers side rear differential drive axle shaft for a 1927 Pontiac Six 4 door sedan. I understand that Chevys have the same axle. The axle is 31" in length. If anyone knows where I can buy one please let me know.
  4. My friend found a machine shop that was able to make another spacer for his oil pump that fit his 1927 Pontiac Six. If anyone is need of one he can have it made for you. The car has great oil pressure back again. Dave

  7. My friend bought a 1927 Pontiac six from me with a 6 cyl flathead . He dropped the pan and found that the spacer where the gears are in fell apart. He's looking for a replacement pump or a machine shop that can make a new spacer for him. Anyone with information on this would be greatly appreciated. Dave
  8. Yes, I'm not going to go crazy finding bumpers because of that. I have sale ads from that era and they were sold with no bumpers sometimes.
