Is it possible to add a starter to a 1908 Cadillac. If so, who does this type of work Thanks Garry

Mark I have a fully restored set of these lights and am missing the forks. The distance between the forks is hard to measure on the lights but is about 9 inches. Does this fork fit your 1912 or 1913 Buick and what lights are on those cars. I know they fit a 1911 EMF Any guidance would be appreciated Thanks Garry
