For years this was my wood hauling truck. I think it sat for a long time in some shed and someone took it out and tuned it up and painted it and then I bought it. I drove the daylights out of it and it was a great truck. It always did everything I asked and I sold it for more than I paid. But I always wondered about the year. The title said 1952 and I thought it may have been older. Setting so long the title may have been lost and someone found another title and used it. Can anyone verify the year? thank you

This used to be mine. I hauled it out from behind the barn and a guy from Mississippi trailered it home.

I'd rather not supply specific information. The UP of Michigan seems to have all kinds of old cars and machinery laying all over the place. I don't think I saw anything of any great value or condition. For years I worked on a land survey crew which got me onto all kinds of private property that ordinarily I'd never set foot on. I took my camera along and would take pictures of stuff that owners were never aware of. Consequently while I had permission to be there I didn't have any contact with anyone about what I saw and I am not going to try to find anyone and make any explanations after the fact. A lot of times surveys occur because the owners are selling the property and I think a lot of ownerships have changed hands and I know that in some cases the cars are now scrapped and long gone. There's just interesting pictures but no great treasures anywhere.

Thank you for adding me. I have no collectible car but I take photos of old cars left in the woods in the UP of Michigan and would like to post some here.

On the back edge of an abandoned junkyard. I think it was used to move the junk around. -

Not many of these left out there. -

Way in the woods, all by itself, no roads, no indication of what it is or how it got there. -

This one was out in the woods all by itself. -

In my fiend's old junkyard. -

I didn't take this one. It's the dedication ceremony at the local airport in 1930. Look at all the cars! -
I've seen a video of one similar to this, but I think it was on a Fordson tractor. The drive auger looks to be in two parts on this one with a front and rear ends, while the others I've seen are one continuous piece on each side.

I've seen these as attachments onto an existing tractor, but this one looks like it's either a converted truck or an entire machine made specifically for this device. Can anyone recognize this truck if it is a conversion? thank you Jim

Can anyone identify this poor crunched sedan? I just scanned in a bunch of early photos from the local county road commission and would like to post some of them on my facebook site, but I thought it would be nicer if I could identify some of the vehicles. thank you Jim

Must be a scarce one. -

Another abandoned junkyard truck. -
I think this is for an International K series truck (47-48). The glass is excellent (could use cleaning) and the bezel has no pitting. It's taken from an old truck so the chrome isn't the brightest, but it is a good piece. Original screws included. $19.00 plus shipping.
