Back in the early Seventies, I was at a junkyard, when a fellow drove up in a beautiful Pink and Black 1954 Plymouth . The junk yard owner gave him $25.00 for it. I went back a month later, only to find it pulled apart in a pile.

The 1959, '60, and '61 Buicks had interesting ways to break up a two tone paint scheme. Pretty car.

When I was at Hershey, I stopped by the Hemmings Booth, and the charming young lady told me that they were not taking subscriptions at the show. The way they are cutting back with pages, It looks like they may be going digital in the near future.

I know, it was mentioned earlier in this post, but the 1933 Essex Terraplane 8, was a snappy performer. I rode in an 8 Convertible, and it was a thrilling experience. Had a nice growl to it.

I looked at this car last year, and it was worth the $4,500.00 original posted. This is a great buy for the money. Just needs a shave and a haircut. John

I have seen similar Pontiac awards from the Mid Fifties and Early Sixties, using Promotional models on a wooden base for sales excellence. Very nice item.
