  1. Kevin: Yes I did. That was the first piece I took off to clean and repaint. I still can't work an angle to get the clam shell out. What's the trick? Frank
  2. Hi guys: Is it possible to remove the clam shells from within the fender body without having to remove the top bumper? I took out the five hex bolts holding the bracket and unhooked the spring. The whole assembly is now loose, but I can't seem to find the right angle to pull it forward to clear both sides of the fender. I am working with the shells open, as they seem to take up less space in that position. Frank "I don't suppose you would remember me, but I used to follow you back in '63."
  3. Hello everybody. Just purchased a '65 Riviera for restoration. I am looking for replacement lenses for the two large, round, speedometer and indicator gauges pods in the dash. Are these available from a supplier or will I need to restore them myself? Thanks in advance. Frank O'Donnell
