Bobs Automobilia and Cars inc. sells just the mast if that’s all you need. I have an entire assembly including the inner knob from a ‘52 Super which I believe will fit. https://bobsautomobilia.com/shop/antennas-radio-items/antenna-base-rod-assy-3-sections1940-53-aa-413-3/ https://oldbuickparts.com/product/antenna-assy-roof-mount/

Would love to see you find this! My uncle, also from Brooklyn but moved to Long Island later, had a beautiful ‘51 Super convertible, which I think got junked because the tranny went. I would probably give one of my organs to get it back

Wow, those are RARE. I’ve only seen one other one

This place has both. They are reproductions. They used to sell a big book with both, but not sure if they do anymore. https://www.ebay.com/str/faxonautoliterature?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=no9Qnws9TFG&sssrc=3418065&ssuid=yuwGKnR4Rry&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY

Ha - so does the shop where I have my cars inspected! There are two types of stickers used in NY; one is safety & emissions and the other is safety only (pre-1996 cars). Now the shop has to change paper rolls in the sticker printer when going from one type to the other. I believe at least one sticker blank is wasted in the process. That requires the shop to submit a request for credit. This, of course, helps to make things more efficient and lower costs...
That’s insane, but then again it is NY. I don’t know why the hell the mileage needs to be on it. I guess it makes it easier for the car thieves to find a nice low mileage car to steal

Great pic! Hate the new inspection stickers

Hi Nick, I do have the grille bar. It has no breaks or cracks, but is heavily pitted. You’re welcome to it, however, I’m in NY and can’t ship it. If you know anybody here that can pick it up and ship it to you, it’s yours
