Hi I have a 1932 Plymouth PB Roadster, fuel is pouring out of the bottom of the carb. I noticed something has fallen out of it. I looked at a diagram and it says it's a pressure valve which I didn't think it would be at the bottom. I talked with Mike's Carburetors and they said it's just a cleaning port and all I need to do is put a bolt in there. They do not sell the bolt or know the size. Any idea what it is? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Doug

TerryB, that is an idea. I am not sure about a harness shop around my area in Mass., I will do some research on that. But I am in Lancaster about 9 times a year so on my next trip I can try there. Thanks

I am selling our 1949 Packard. My father and I restored it back in 2016-2017. The engine was rebuilt, the interior is done and most of the wood is done. The car was done but my Father was not happy with the wood work so his friend started to re-do it. Unfortunately my Father passed in 2021 and his friend has no interest in finishing it. The car runs and drives, the battery needs to be charged or replaced. The wood needs to be finished on the driver's side rear. I have planks of wood which all the other wood was cut out of. My Father sanded the top of the driver's side door and there is a small dent in the driver's rear quarter, I think the dent can be fixed by a paintless dent guy. I have a can of paint with the paint code. The front grille has some pits under it, not visible from the front. The car was done and it looked decent but it need to be reassembled and cleaned. $15,000.00. The car is in Massachusetts and it has a title. Thank You

I let her pick the price, they have a lot more invested in them. I explained to her that she may need to have to come down on the prices. -

Ok thanks for the input. I was worried it might be something to save but if it’s just something thrown together I won’t try to peruse it.

Thank you for your replies. I have asked him to send me a couple of pictures. I have a feeling it may not be a Marmon but he insist it is.

My friend owns a junkyard in Maine, he has a pickup that he claims is a 1926 Marmon. I can't find any info on this truck. It's rough but I feel like I should rescue it before it gets ruined. He started talking about building a rat rod out of it and I told him hold on please. Any info and pictures would be greatly appreciated. Thank You
