I see this is an old post but wondering if you found these parts and were able to successfully convert your car?

1937 Diamond T Model 80 Pickup, 3/4 ton. Truck is 100% complete with many, many extra parts. Rolls and steers. Clear CA title in my name matching the frame and data plate. I have a deluxe steering wheel for it. Nice stainless and chrome. Has all 4 hubcaps. New tires and tubes. Included is another model 80 chassis that was recently running and has all new brakes. Many mechanical spares and another full set of deluxe gauges, so 3 full set of deluxe gauges are included $$. If you know what you are looking at then you know. $25500 get you both trucks, 3 correct motors and trans between the two truck including another spare. Both of these cars have recently been pulled from the dry northern CA barn they have resided in for 35 years. First car is a Model 61 Sedan. It is complete with some spares. Car is rust and dent free. Was running when put away properly and stored on Jack stands. Right before it was stored it had some work done- radiator, carb, new tires (still very nice as they were not on the ground and in a dark barn), new hubcaps. My plan is to get it running again now that I have it home from storage.Clear title. The second car is a 60S Sedan. It is a parts car or an ambitious project. Drivetrain is intact.
