Rockne33DLXRoadster Posted September 28, 2017 Share Posted September 28, 2017 Saw a remote wiper motor sometimes in ebay, but it don't popped up for last months. was a electric Motor under dash, used a speedo like cable in a bend pipe (following the windshield frame like the vacuum pipe) to drive the wiper arms. keninman Posted September 28, 2017 Share Posted September 28, 2017 The only cable driven wiper system I have ever seen is used by my son's 1971 MG Midget. Perhaps they were used back in the 30s but that is well beyond my experience. Here is a link to a diagram of he Midget's wiper system.
