West Peterson Posted May 5, 2015 Share Posted May 5, 2015 (edited) I believe Mr. Mulligan is talking about the 1939-40 wheels, which would have been 16 inch. You don't see many Lincolns or Mercury's with those ribbed inner trim rings, but you see a few. The inner rings are very, very similar to those found on the 1940-41 Packard senior cars.
