JACK M Posted February 10, 2015 Share Posted February 10, 2015 I think I posed this question in the wrong forum so I will ask hereI have a 46 Chrysler, would the electric wiper motor from a Plymouth or Dodge of the 46, 47, 48 variety bolt into my Chrysler? Doing some modifications and found a direct replacement 12 volt wiper motor for the 46 - 48 Plymouth and Dodge. But the vender doesn't think that these will interchange with the Chrysler. jcmiller Posted February 10, 2015 Share Posted February 10, 2015 (edited) I don't know if this will help, but the part numbers for the electric wiper arms are the same for Dodge, Desoto, Chrysler from 1941-1948. Plymouth is different. The reference I have does not show the part number for the motor.Updated: Hollander's shows that Dodge, Desoto, Chrysler from 1941-48 are the same. Plymouth looks different.
