1931 8-67 Two of many things I don't know about - see pics and help please

Item 1. I've just started the re-wooding of my '31 and along with that the replacement of rusted metal floor pans. The old floor pan immediately in front of the back seat has these little brass stubs sticking up - I have no idea what they are for. They are about 3/8" diameter and 3/8" high. Only thing I can think of is maybe part of a snap to hold carpet. The floor carpet would turn upward at this point and so I see a need to hold it down but any other evidence of this is long gone. Item 2. The pic below shows two screws that I am certain hold a restraint for the plug wires. Does anyone have a description or pic of what this looks like? It's probably not too sophisticated and therefore something I can make myself. I just wanted to get as close to the original look as possible.

The two screws are for the "plug wire keeper". It looks like a shallow handle that holds the plug wires close to the block.

I have not seen the brass stubs before.

My 1933 90 has those snaps all over under the rear seat flooring , carpet snaps.

Well look at this - a pic from Bear Creek Doc of the '31 8-66-S that he is evaluating. The plug wire retainer is right there. It has edges that are curved up to soften the contact with wires.
