ricosan
Does anyone know where I can get my shocks rebuilt. Are there any kits available for the Marmon shocks? Are there other models that with interchangeable shocks?Any help appreciated.Ricosan
nickelroadster
Mamon did not make the shock absorbers. I believe you should have Gabriel double acting rotary shocks which I am not familiar with. I would check with Apple Hydraulics (800-882-7753) on a rebuild or you may just need to add fluid. Amanual should tell you what to use.
ricosan
Thanks Nickel,I'm going to try to get it on a lift soon so that I can get at the other end of the speedometer cable and take a look at the shocks. I'll check with Apple.ricosan
nickelroadster
Some thing else about your shocks. There is supposed to be a lever to the left of the instrument cluster that will adjust the ride. Not too sure exactly how it works. you may also have a vacuum assisted automatic clutch that has a shut of switch on the dash. W
