Metal Tire Cover for What??

The hole in the center of the insert / donut, is 14 3/4 inches.

I figured the colors would tell what it belongs to.

It is a very tight fit on a 5.00 x 19, fully inflated, 1930 Chrysler wooden spoked, wheel and tire. Fits, but tight. Width is perfect. The tight diameter causes the donut to be loose inside the outer cover.

If you need any other measurements let me know.

If the doughnut hole is 14 3/4 - 15 it is ment to fit a 16 inch rim. If the outside diameter is 29 1/4, I would say the face cover was designed to fit a 7;00x16 tire. The with of the tread cover would bare that out. I have 6 1/8-6 1/4 tread covers that fit a 6:50 well
