brasscarguy
Want to buy 1950's-1980's Ferrari project. Prefer V-12 but would consider others. Location and condition not an issue, must have motor, transmission, and major mechaniccals, regardless of condition. Hobbiest not a dealer. Email me at brasscarguy@comcast.net or phone anytime 206-919-1949 (Seattle) Howard Musolf1981 308 gtsi1982 400i CabrioletMaserati Spider

Standard Eight
Here is one that just came out on barnfinds.com. This one certainly meets your requirement of 'condition not an issue' http://barnfinds.com/burn-victim-1978-ferrari-308/
trimacar
You may wish to contact David Carte at Classic & Sport Auto Refinishing, Edinburg, Virginia, 540-9848711. He restores cars, almost exclusively Ferraris, and may know of something available. I believe he has a project car himself he's working on. I'd think that most Ferrari project cars would be sold word of mouth, and not advertised. Good luck on your search!
