I don't have a fully loaded Regal, but I know daytime running lights were an option on 89 Regal GS when they first came out as an option. Do you have a headlight switch that controls the fog lamps? Like if you have a wiring diagram you can see if the headlights and fog lights work on the same circuit. I would bet you have a blown circuit breaker if you say the wiring is good. First check all fuses and make sure they are good in the fuse box located in the glovebox. If you find any blown that might be a good easy fix. I had one shop diagnose no headlights turning on on mine. It turned out to be the circuit breaker relay under the glovebox was blown. Which I had no idea I had one. The whole time I was looking at the headlight switch.

I don’t know what other forums to post this on so I came back on here to see if anyone can help me out. Ebay has not had these since 2013 and 2019. I have never seen anymore ever since. They sell from $20-$35 each I have seen. Most don’t have VHS players anymore but I do still so playing them will be good for me if anyone has them to sell. First one is 1988 Buick Action Library Second one is 1989 Buick Action Library Both are training kits that were sold to dealerships so the salesman can learn about the new options that were available on the Buick models. These were cool to see and if anyone still has them it’s even better because I will be looking forward to having them. They will be going to an 1988 and 1989 Buick Regal enthusiast. I already have several rare albums in my collection now from 1989 since I already own an 89 myself. So these would be such a good addition to my collection.

Can you tell me how you did that what the arrows and what software you used?

I am looking for photos of the early generation w-body Buick Regal when they were new from 1988-90. But any years before 2003 when they were on the road or new in dealers, assembly lines ect would be really great. If you taken any photos and you see any 88-90 regal’s in the background that would also help.

If you have the parts catalog you can find anything for this car if still available. Look for 1988-1993 W-Body Buick Regal Parts Illustration Catalog on eBay.

I know everything about these because I am obsessed with them. Your style was made from 1988-91. In 1992, most of the interior was redesigned along with the engine which the 3.1 was discontinued in the regal after 1993. I have an 89 Regal Custom since my grandpa bought one in the showroom. 2.8s aren’t hard to find parts for. Unless it’s something miscellaneous then you need to have the GM Dealer Parts Catalog to locate parts. Sometimes you will not able to find them. It’s also expensive if you don’t have any u pull it yards in your location because you are going to have to find someone to pull the parts for you. It cost me about $80 for shipping parts once. But I am all about nos parts. So I try to find them first.

Does anyone got any of these laying around still? I need the binder. It’s a perfect size for all my Buick history that I have. The details are perfect and it represents what I am looking for. I don’t need the service bulletins inside. Here’s a photo. I know it might be a longshot. But I am hoping somewhere out there you might can ask around if a dealer has any still sitting collecting dust that eventually they might put in the trash. All dealerships have all their information electronically now. The days of checking information in a book is over. So I would appreciate it if anyone might know where to look. I have not had luck on eBay finding one, the sellers don’t want to remove the service bulletins and they want a lot to ship. So thank you if you reply to this.

I am looking for vintage photos from 1988-90 of Buick Regal of the GM W-Body Platform. Does anyone have anything? It could be street scenes, dealership scenes, production line scenes at the factory, Buick Press photos, auto show scene displays or literally anything with a Buick regal from those production years in old photos. Please post here if you find some. It can also be from your family photo albums if any was in the background.

I wish but the sellers on eBay isn’t allowed to reach out to buyers. When the product is bought it’s out of their hands, sadly.

Any one on here still own a Buick from the dealership in Philadelphia named Kutner Buick? I need one of these plates and what do you know, the seller finally has two of them and the same buyer bought them both.... and I mean fast. What are the coincidence? I have been looking for 20 years for one and every month I check on eBay. How do I miss out on this? The buyer who bought them both lives in philly still. Anybody from philly in here and own a car from Kutner? Honestly thought it was my luck this time. I honestly don’t know how missed on two of them smh.

I am looking for this training material manual with the VHS TAPES INSIDE.

Ok I just found out that those posters are actually one side, so they are two posters. I only want the poster with the ruby red regal on it because I own the same car. The seller I found with these posters I mentioned above saved them from the trash in the 80s. He said he wouldn’t let them go unless he was offered $60 and he wouldn’t part them they would need to be sold as a pair. The seller was such a dick. I told him I would offer him $50, but he ignored my message. So I don’t know if I will ever find another poster like it. The dude don’t even own the car but he insists keeping it and hanging it in his garage🤷🏼‍♂️

I offered one guy $35 for it. He was going to put it in the trash back in the 80s. I told I have that exact Ruby Red Regal on the poster and would love to have this. He don't even own the car, so he just ignored my messages. I have yet to find another one. I don't even know what to search on google.
