wenthur
I have a '24 touring, and in a picture of one I saw, it had a tool box on the driver side running board, I would like to purchase one of the for the Hub wrench, jack, crank, etc. In lieu of purchasing on does anyone know dimensions and material that they were made of, type hinges and latch, I would rather buy one instead of making one, so even a old one will do for pattern and hardware. PLEASE help. Also need the metal steps that attach to running board, would rather have used than new. [looks like a thousand feet used them]. Jan Arnett
Mike: Both of those items are accessory items and can be purchased at flea markets and on ebay. On ebay look under Model T Tool boxes as they were all accessories. The step plates are being reporduced or avaliable on ebay. They can be solid one piece cast or have a rubber insert.
