FireballV8
Does anyone have a list of the different wheels offered in 1939? I need the part numbers and what they would fit.thx
vegasdelta
I don't have the numbers, but according to Hollander the '39 series 40 has a 16" X 5", 5 on 5". Series 60 has a 15" X 5", 5 on 5". Series 90 has a 16" X 5", 5 on 5 1/2". All are disc type wheels. Hope this helps.
Guest DaveCorbin
By the way, the 1941 parts book shows that fully chromed wheels were available for all series of 39's. I've never seen one, and the fact that they were $25 each in 1941 probably accounts for that. That would make a set for a dual sidemount car $150. Just think of a BCA judge's face if you showed up with a car with fully chromed wheels!! Regards, Dave Corbin
