subframe inter change

first let me thank all of you who have helped me with you indepth posts and great knowlege base.

I am getting ready to do a series 1 SC swap, and want the swap to go as smooth as I can make it.

Here is the qustion will a 88-89 torfino front subframe (engine suport) fit the 89 reatta?

I believe so, with them both being E body cars.

You're gonna tear up your transaxle though unless you've purpose-rebuilt it. Feel free to PM me with any questions

Only noticeable difference between the '88 and '89 Subframes involves the addition of a bracket/ Passenger side that carried the small strut that connected to the front/ accessory end of the '89 3.8L

Won't matter to you since the S/C Engines don't have that stabilizer mount. Look both sub-frames over very carefully for evidence of rust through, ie; "Tappy-Tappy with a hammer or such.
