Guest Greg Ross Posted December 10, 2006 Share Posted December 10, 2006 Only noticeable difference between the '88 and '89 Subframes involves the addition of a bracket/ Passenger side that carried the small strut that connected to the front/ accessory end of the '89 3.8LWon't matter to you since the S/C Engines don't have that stabilizer mount. Look both sub-frames over very carefully for evidence of rust through, ie; "Tappy-Tappy with a hammer or such.Good Luck and keep us informed.
