Guest snuphysolds
Is there a conversion available to use spin-on oil filters on a 324? Will the filter adapter from a 371 0r 394 work? I have just purchased a '56 S88 Holiday Sedan and have several questions. Will start with this one.Ed
Oldsfan
As far as I know those 394 adapters work, because it is basically the same block. I have one, but it's not out of the parts car yet.Paul
Guest BobOlds
If the 394 adapter doesn't work or if you can't find one, David Homstad OFA Enterprises, sells an adapter. These use an AC PF24, AC PF30 or equivalent. These filters have an anti drain back valve.
