After receiving the '31 lug bolts , from Packin31, I discovered that there are differences between them and '29 lug bolts, and evidently the wheels are different also. The '29 bolts are about a 1/4" longer, in overall length. The head shoulder flange, on the '31 bolts, are thinner, But the biggest difference is that the '31 bolts have a rounded shoulder, where the head meets the shank, where the '29 bolts have a captured lock-washer. That should make the '31 bolts stronger but the '29 wheels are not countersunk for them. So to use these bolts, I think the best thing to do is get some 5/8" I.D. washers and counter sink them to fit the bolt heads. It's Always something! <img src="http://forums.aaca.org/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />
