Guest imported_Thriller
Not only rare, but it's Canadian too...some of us are proud of this maple leaf part of Buick history.Which model do you have? What sort of mascot are you looking for? There are lots of things like stuffed beavers around (one national symbol).
donniep
Hi Derek: I have a Mc Buick #3061 From my understanding mine is the only restored model known, however there is one being restored somewhere in BC. It pretty well has all the bells and whistles on it, however I do not have a nice mascot. I am also looking for a foot rail and a hand rail for the back seat. Thanks for the comeback.Regards Don
Guest imported_Thriller
If you haven't already, check out the 1930 group in Tommy1927's signature and join up. You have a more concentrated group to source parts from.Neat car you have there.
imported_paldo38
For more mascots than you thought possible, go first to http://ken-thornton.com/mascots.html. Then check out http://www.mascot-mania.com.Attached is an image of a winged-Mercury figure that was used on 1931 Buicks. Not quite correct on a '30 though. Guest mclbuick2002
DonI am restoring the 30-61 in B.C..Do you mean the badge bar between headlights when you refer to a Mclaughlin Mascot?I have never seen anything other than a round radiator cap on a 1930 Buick.Stan
