FS '63 Buick Skylark Convertible

I am posting this for an old friend who is having serious health problems. He started to restore this car, but is unable to finish it. It's originally a light blue '63 Skylark V8 Automatic with a white top. He has had the body work done professionaly and it is primed and ready for paint. It has new floor pans welded in. The front and rear bumpers have been rechromed. It hasn't been started for about a year, but was running good. It needs a new top but the frame work is all there. He took the seats out to have them redone and can't remember where he sent them, so there are no seats. The price is $2500 negotiable. You can talk to his son in law Mitch about it.
