RO
Sparse showing of cars today at a Tennessee show, but the Clipper Custom wasn't afraid of the rain.

Per the 1st pic, it looks like your Clipper and maybe two others, With that turnout, at least you should have won "Best of Show"!
Mr.Pushbutton
RO, congrats on the restoration of your Clipper. She sure looks fine.
RO
13 cars. Thanks. Hey, 100% better weather today but just 10 cars at this antique store car show, but because of the name I thought it fitting to park the Patrician out front away from all them chevies. 55PackardGuy
Heck, it SNOWED yesterday at the Gopher State Buick show. I could only stand it for a couple of hours. There were some nice classic Packards, and a hearse that I didn't get to see because it had already left (the hearse won a prize in commercial cars). No '55 or '56 Packards there, and no '65 or '69 Electras, two of my favorite Buicks. No accumulation of snow, but blustery and cold. A fairly nice November day! Congrats on getting your '56 to the Tennessee show. That was its first time out, right? RO
Guy, I drove it 140 miles round trip in mid March to a show/swapmeet, then 40 at the end of March, so this was its third outing. Speedo cable broke on me and I'll try to get one from my parts car on it.
55PackardGuy
Sounds like you have a reliable Packard, there. It sure looks fine, too. Good luck on the rest of your shows!

Twitch
BTW- I've always had good experiences with my local speedo shop on cables. They will make you a cable relatively cheap in minutes that is NEW.
