Guest imported_PackardV8
see attachment. Its 17.5 inches long x 14 wide. Numbers under wing: 1646428 and a 25618. (that 1st number looks like a Packard number).
Mr.Pushbutton
Methinks that is from a '55 DeSoto--am I seeing it correctly, do the ends of the "wings" curve downward? "It's Delightful, It's Delovely, It's DeSoto! And tell them Groucho sent you
55Connie
I'm pretty sure it's a '56 Plymouth.
ChicagoPack
Looks to me like a 1956 Plymouth, compare yours with the attachment
Twitch
It's not a 55 DeSoto. 56 Plymouth looks pretty close... <img src="http://www.aaca.org/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />
Guest imported_PackardV8
Front-on it looks just like the 56 Ply in the attachment. Even has the bolt mounts out at the wing tips. However, I cannot find any CPDD maze logo on it which makes me doubt its MoPar. It also looks like this: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayIS...ssPageName=WDVWMr PushButton, yes the wing tips turn down and there are bolt holes at the wing tip ends for mounting. RO
1953 Packard Clipper Deluxe. I have one on my '53 (the car on the left side in the photo) exactly like it, rechromed about 8 years ago.
